ChristianaCare is seeking Medical Laboratory Scientists (MLS) and Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT) to join our General Laboratory team at Christiana Hospital in Newark, Delaware.
We're hiring for multiple opportunities and schedules , giving you the opportunity to find a role that aligns with your career and your life.
Whether you're an experienced laboratory professional or a recent graduate who has completed an approved clinical laboratory program and required clinical rotations, you'll have the opportunity to build your skills while supporting a broad and complex patient population.

Christiana Hospital is a 1,039-bed teaching hospital and home to Delaware's only Level I trauma center , providing a level of care available in large-scale teaching hospitals.
For laboratory professionals, that means exposure to complex and time-sensitive testing that supports critical clinical decisions across emergency and trauma care, heart and vascular care, cancer care, women's health and other specialty services.

Multiple Schedules Available - Find the Right Fit for You
We know schedule matters. That's why we're recruiting for several full-time opportunities within our General Laboratory.
Current schedules include:
Weekend rotation: Every other weekend required
Holiday rotation: 2-3 holidays per year required
Eligible evening and weekend hours receive additional shift differential pay .

Hourly Pay Range: $29.80 - $44.71
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
