Salary: $72,000 - 112,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in information technology, information security, or a related field, or eight years of relevant work experience in place of a degree.
• Five years of experience supporting large IT environments and/or system deployments.
• Experience with CRIBL data modeling and log pipeline design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture and engineering principles.
• Experience implementing and supporting enterprise security tools, including SIEM, XDR, vulnerability management, DLP, and endpoint security.
• Experience developing automation and integrations with scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, threat detection, and defensive security strategies.
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems, including system hardening and security configuration.
• Understanding of networking concepts, security protocols, and secure system design.
• Preferred: hands-on CRIBL data modeling experience.
• Preferred: hands-on SIEM administration, analysis, and reporting experience.
• Preferred: experience building and deploying Linux-based security sensors.
• Preferred: familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards such as NIST CSF, CJIS, IRS 1075, and CMS MARS-E.
• Preferred: CISSP and/or Security+ certification.

• Plan, design, deploy, and provide operational support for enterprise security platforms, primarily CRIBL data modeling and log pipeline ingestion, SIEM, and Linux-based security sensors and endpoint monitoring tools.
• Support the planning, design, deployment, and operation of XDR, vulnerability management platforms and processes, DLP solutions, and security awareness and training platforms.
• Work with security architects to develop and implement enterprise security solutions aligned with business goals, regulatory requirements, and organizational risk tolerance.
• Design, deploy, and manage countermeasures for known security threats, and contribute to strategies for mitigating emerging threats.
• Help maintain consistent security controls across enterprise infrastructure and applications.
• Assess the effectiveness of security controls and recommend improvements.
• Support incident detection and response through monitoring, log analysis, and reporting.
• Prepare technical documentation, implementation guides, and standard operating procedures as needed.
• Perform other duties in support of information security operations.
