Teal's Market, located in Milaca, MN, is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Stockers. We offer daytime shifts to help you fit your schedule. At Teal's Market, we pride ourselves on delivering customer service, quality products, and competitive prices.

Responsibilities

• Helping mainly with stocking in frozen/dairy, grocery, and produce
• Maintain a clean and organized storefront to enhance the shopping experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 60lbs on a shift consistently. 
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide assistance as needed.
• Communicate regularly with the store manager regarding customer concerns and other significant matters.
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
